If you bought marks and have not spent them, write to us within 14 days and we will refund them. Once marks have been spent on in-game items, those items have been delivered and are not refundable.

Detail

• Unspent marks: fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. The marks are removed from your balance when the refund is issued.
• Spent marks: not refundable, because the in-game item was delivered immediately at the moment of purchase.
• Partial: if you spent some of a purchase, we refund the unspent portion.
• Failed delivery: if a payment succeeded but marks did not arrive, we will deliver them or refund in full, at your choice. This is never treated as a spent purchase.

EU and UK consumers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By purchasing and immediately receiving marks you consent to immediate delivery; the right of withdrawal is lost for marks you then spend, but is honoured in full for marks you have not.

How to request

Write to support@theriemannhypothesis.com with the email address used at checkout and the approximate date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
